The "A" Tramway is a 10mn-walk and the bus to Bordeaux stops in front of the building, quick to go to Bordeaux.

Located next to various roads allowing you to drive quickly out of the city towards any direction, the flat is also near the Zenith Arena concert hall (by car or bus n°23) and the Rocher de Palmer concert Hall (by car or tram A)
The flat is also situated near the Bordeaux Hills and its parks, allowing for nice walks in the forest, morning runs in the shade, or gentle strolls with an overlooking view of Bordeaux.

The entire flat is available for the travellers, as I am living more and more often at my girlfriend's, which is why i can let it on Airbnb.

There is a Nespresso coffee machine, think about taking some doses.
I provide for the bed linen and the towels, but not the shower gel.

Calm and quiet, but there is a very nice wine bar that opened recently, run by a friendly international team, from Thursdays to Saturdays. I strongly recommend it.
