This is a second floor unit with 1 flight of stairs. The building is located on a street corner at an intersection, so you will definitely hear street noise. It is directly across the street from a fire station, on the other side is the Salvation army, and on the other side is a park. Our "downtown" is not like the big city downtowns, Hilo is a small town, shops and restaurants close early, it gets pretty quiet in the evenings.
