You will have the guesthouse overlooking the Bitterroot Valley all to yourself. Our Guest House is new construction, CLEAN, and a separate dwelling from our main home. You will be less than 10 minutes from downtown Hamilton, river access is minutes away and less than an hour from Lost Trail Powder Mountain! There is a Tuft&Needle Queen bed to rest your head on, sofa, full bath, and full kitchen w/stove, oven, fridge, microwave, plates and utensils to cook your meals. We love friendly dogs!

- PETS: Dogs Only please upon our approval. If you bring your pup(s) our yard is fully fenced and we ask that you clean up after them :), do not leave your dog in the space or yard unattended for long periods of time, and leave the gate open when the dog(s) aren't out enjoying the yard.
- Plenty of parking if you have a boat or snowmobile trailer.
- Charcoal or gas grill can be made available.
- Room is set-up with a smart TV for streaming Netflix or other streaming apps.

We have two friendly dogs and six very friendly chickens that you may see during your stay. We are happy to put the chickens in their coop during your stay if your dog is not accustomed to them.

Our location is within tons of hiking trails, fly fishing, hunting access on public lands is close by, mountain biking, XC skiing, mountain lakes, Bitterroot River, alpine skiing at Lost Trail Powder Mountain, hot springs, local breweries and much much more. The location is in a quiet countryside residential neighborhood.

For weekend stays - Kori and I are usually out and about playing on the river or skiing up at Lost Trail. So, we most likely wouldn't be around much, but will be available if needed and happy to offer up our favorite places to eat and play locally depending on your interests. During the work week we are in and out with both of us working in Hamilton during the day. If we are not home when you arrive you can use the lock box to gain entry into the place.
