We are a retired couple who moved from the farm to Cochrane in 2003, to be close to family. We operate Al-Clean a local cleaning business. Al is a licensed mechanic and Diana is a local artist.

We developed this space with a legal permit from the town of Cochrane. We had a tenant for over five years and now have decided to try the Airbnb format. The Furnace room is the only space that we may need to access. The backyard is a shared space, but we try to respect our guest when doing yard work. The yard is very private; no town walking path behind our property.
