* This is a 3 bedroom appartment. (2 rooms available to book, 1 occupied by my 20yo son David.)
* Bathroom is shared between the 2 guest rooms.
* Location: A street away from the Esplanade but 18min walk from the Lagoon. Close to hospital.
* The room is the best for one person. 2 people might feel it a bit small, especially if have a large baguage. This room has a double bed and can accomodate 2 people if you are happy with the size. It is a great budget option.

In the kitchen you can only open the cupboard with red dots on it. Every other cupboard in the kitchen is in private use.
Cleaning service available ONLY when you leave. During your stay you please maintain the cleaning after yourself, especially in the common area. The cleaning equipment is available for you.
Please place everything back to the place where you found it.

* AIRCONDITION use is NOT included in the room price: We decided to keep the room price low for you. It is up to you if you wish to use it.

You can use the aircon for this price when you are in the appartment. If you leave the aircon running when you are out of the appartment the fee will be $20 for that day. These prices are only the real cost of running the Ducted aircon. No profit on it.
In the winter months usually no need aircon in Cairns.
* Please note there is no cleaning service provided in the price. You will be responsible for cleaning after yourself. Cleaning will only be done by us when you left. If you decide not to clean after yourself during your stay we will ask you to pay for cleaning. Cleaning fee will be $25/hour.
* The parking is free in front of the building.
* In case of any damage, lost items (as key) you will be asked for replacement.
