Smoking outside only please, no parties or pets. Please be mindful this is an eco friendly place & please use foil/oven bags provided when cooking.
Garden to be completed, toddlers/youngsters may need supervision outside, the villa garden is fenced.
Own wifi needed as still tba.
Please strip the sheets off the beds you used & leave in the bathroom 🚿 🚽
This is a family villa & we hope you enjoy & respect it as we do.

Villa is the last one on the far left fence hidden behind two other villas & you may park behind it, there’s space for two cars parked end to end along the the side of the villa

The air conditioner is reverse cycle, please switch off before leaving
There is an outside tap on the far corner of the villa near where car will be parked for rinsing sand off before getting to front door
There are large bins centrally located on the property for all to use
Some games are provided for you & your family to play
Park at the back of the villa, signage on fence
