Ocean View Boutique Guest House is a beautiful villa mansion set in a commanding position over looking Cas En Bas beach and surrounding golf links.
Set in the heart of the prestigious Cap Estate we are just a 5 minute drive to the Marina and all that Rodney bay has to offer.
The guest house boasts a large pool, breathtaking views, pool bar and stunning guest rooms which have all been refurbished in 2018.

Ocean View Boutique Guest House is a large villa mansion set in half a hectare of grounds. In total there are 5 rooms available at any one time making it a very private retreat for couples or families.
This advert relates to the guest room that has a connecting suite. It is ideal for two couples or a family with children.
The five bedrooms available are all of excellent size, tasteful décor and have private bathrooms.
All rooms benefit from large private terraces where you will be able to relax and enjoy your own private space.
Guests can also enjoy the large pool area with pool bar and take in Ocean Views and relax whilst enjoying a cocktail.
The Grand Hallway and TV bar areas are also communal spaces for our guests to enjoy.

Hi everyone. I am Jonathan from the UK and my wife, Jo, originally from Poland has been in the UK for virtually all of her working life. I have been working in hospitality and property management for many years in the UK and now my wife and I live in the beautiful island of St.Lucia. We are a husband and wife team and have a real passion for cooking and entertaining. For many years we have been hosting parties in London from small gatherings to large Weddings throughout our pubs and restaurants and now we have decided to semi retire enjoying island life in the Caribbean. As hosts you will find us readily available to offer advice on trips and sightseeing and offer a full range of personalised or bespoke tours of St.Lucia. We can organise anything from the smallest of parties to large weddings. Some of our guests just want to be left alone to enjoy our beautiful villa and that's fine too! We can be around as much or as little as you want us too but we are always at the end of a phone should you need us for any reason. For years like many couple we did 'resorts and hotels' but like so many people we have discovered that if you want to really experience a place whether is be a city or an exotic island destination Airbnb is the way forward....

When the villa is not rented in its entirety we live on site and run Ocean View as a guest house with bed and breakfast. We have two children and live in a separate section of the main building.
We will provide a continental breakfast to our guests 7 days a week and will always be on hand to organize trips, tours and offer advice and where to go on this magnificent and beautiful island.
we can be available as much or as little as you require. We are very sociable people and happy to help but we also very much respect guests privacy.
