A furnished, charming one bedroom cottage located in Buffalo's West Village. Cottage is walking distance to Downtown & Allentown, .5 miles to the Theater District, two blocks down from Buffalo Entertainment District and 1.4 miles to Canal side. Cottage has Wi-Fi, Hulu, Netflix washer & dryer, private entrance on the side of the main home where we live and are available for guest questions. Walking distance to cafes & restaurants- as well as a grocery store, pharmacy and neighborhood amenities.

Gary's place was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable. There were snacks left for us that were handy around midnight. Would definitely stay here again!
