The home is situated in one of Cairns most pristine and natural Rain Forest Estates in the Redlynch area. Located just a couple of minutes drive from our famous Crystal Cascades you can enjoy a walk through the rain forest, along the creek and up to the waterfall. There are plenty of smaller water falls and swimming holes along the way as well as having the most beautiful rainforest experience, all for FREE.
As this home is located in a valley, it is a 7 minute drive to the nearest shopping center, complete with supermarket, butchers, bottle shops, chemist, newsagent, patisserie shop, coffee shops, beauty salons and hair dresser - just to mention a few! There's also a medical centre. Across the road to the shopping centre is McDonalds, a petrol station and gym.
Redlynch also has the Red Beret Tavern where you can enjoy a few drinks and have a meal, there is plenty of entertainment there most nights and a free shuttle bus can pick you up and drop you home.
Redlynch also has plenty of places to explore along creeks and paths as well of play areas for the little ones. If you'd like to BBQ there are plenty of areas set up for that as well.
Redlynch is centrally located between the beaches areas and the City Centre, making this an ideal location for a holiday.
To travel it will take you 20 mins to drive to the air port or City and the beaches in the opposite direction.
You are about 1 hour drive to Port Douglas and 20 minutes drive to Kuranda, the village in the rain forest.
