The Manse III features four built in braais, two of which are covered and on the main veranda where the guests are welcome to braai if they wish. Crockery and cutlery are supplied. Guests are always welcome to use any of the 2 lounges, as well as the dining room.

We are situated in "old" Port Shepstone town, neighbouring two churches. A hospital is within walking distance, as is the Harbourview Centre sporting a Superspar, Standard Bank Branch, Fast Food outlets etc. The Oribi Plaza with a Pick & Pay, Clicks, Banks and several Fast Food outlets including Debonairs Pizza and KFC is a stone's throw away. The beautiful Umtentweni beach is about 4 km away. Life guards are on duty in season and a kiosk sells cooldrinks, snacks and fast food. The ablution facilities are well kept and tidy and there is ample safe parking.

As The Manse will be your home from home, guests' privacy is always respected. As my wife and I also live in The Manse, we are always available though, should guests require any assistance of any kind. Guests have their own parking space within the property and keys to the font door, and should availability allow it - their own lock-up garage with an automated door, and a private entrance of their own and come and go as they please. The house is secure, and guests can relax without worries when they are out working or having fun.
