This space is new to me and it is a very comfortable little pad. It has two bedrooms and full kitchen in an open floor plan. Big comfy couch, great water pressure, big hot water heater, fast wifi, new 55 inch UHD TV.
Very warm and cozy in winter, cool in summer. Great sleepy space, you get in here and can't hear a thing going on outside.

My home is located in quiet residential area very close to downtown Fletcher, the Y, and Ingles grocery store. Its an up and coming little neiborhood convenient to many area attractions. There is a small mobile home park next door with older, quiet residents.
The greater Asheville area covers a lotta territory, so being 30 minutes outside down town AVL puts me closer to points to the South. So attractions of nterest would be Sierra Nevada Brewing Brevard and Oscar Blues , Dupont State Forest, Davidson River - trout fishing, waterfalls, Blue ridge Parkway. Likewise to the east there's Fairview, Chimney rock, Bat Cave.
The neighborhood and home site are not picturesque. Some guests have reviewed and left comments that neighborhood is rundown, and there is some truth to that. It's residential, and close to town. I actually bought the place as an investment property and the location suits long term rental. That said, the space is cozy, sealed off from the neihgborhood goings on with thick concrete walls....my kids sleep like the dead in here! No joke like nowhere else.
