The suite is over 1300 SQ.FT of living space in the heart of downtown Calgary. The Building was constructed for the Calgary 1988 Winter Olympics that is why it has a prime location. The building is older now and is getting upgrades as time passes.
Next to City Hall, Olympic Plaza, Telus Convention Centre, Theaters, fine dinning, Pubs, Stephen Avenue, Core Shopping Centre to name a few.
Staying on the 28th Floor it has un obstructed views from the entire suite, the 2 large Balconies over looking the Bow River.
There is a Tim Horton’s on the complex, a convenience store, a Vegan restaurant among others.
What about Parking you ask? No problem, there are two secure underground heated tandem parking spaces included with suite.
