Perfectly located private 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment, ideal for visitors to the Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral area. Less than a 5 minute walk across the street to the beach, and just a few more minutes and you’ll hit the Cocoa Beach Pier. Also within walking distance are plenty of fun restaurants and bars, beaches, surf shops- including RonJons Surf Shop only about a mile away!
Located right near SR520- You are about 40 min or less away from the Orlando area.

This unit has a very cozy, beachy vibe that we hope our guests from all over will love!
For outdoor fun, (the best thing about Cocoa Beach), we have an outdoor tennis court just behind the unit! We also offer multiple surf boards, (Softech-foam boards, with handles- perfect for beginners) boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, toys, and even a tandem bicycle for you to get around town on! Anything you find here is yours to borrow!
The bedroom offers one queen sized bed which can comfortably sleep two people. For one or two more guests, there is also an inflated air mattress for your convenience tucked into one of the units large closets. The bedroom also contains a large dresser and closet for plenty of storage space, as well as a large mirror for dressing.
Tv is equip with a Firestick device, you are welcome to use our BnB guest Netflix log-in.
Bathroom has a tub/shower, and is stocked with hair dryer, hair straightener, curler, an assortment of toiletries, new toothbrushes, clothes iron, ect.
Need or forget anything in particular- we probably have it! (feel free to ask!)
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking, as well as a grill out back.
There is a laundry room on site.

I love traveling and hosting from all over the world! My favorite trips are for surfing, hiking, snowboarding- or anything outdoorsy! Very water oriented being located here in the Cocoa Beach, Fl area. I Love to Surf! - So much so that I own my own surf school here locally!
