The complex boasts a magnificent communal courtyard with fountains and sitting areas for you to enjoy.
Perfect base for exploring inner city Richmond and beyond. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, nightlife, supermarket, gourmet foods, farmers market and trams.
Easy access by tram to Melbourne CBD, MCG, AAMI Park, Rod Laver Arena and Tennis Centre

★ Open plan living area plus office space with desk. NOTE: The use of the loft as a consulting space is not allowed.
★ Well-equipped Gully kitchen
★ Upstairs mezzanine bedroom with floor to ceiling windows (blackout blinds for sleeping in) and air-conditioning unit
Check in between 2pm and 9pm. Check-in details provided once booking is confirmed. Check out time 11am.

★ Atlas Vinifera Wine Bar... A great wine bar down the road from Chimmy's. Their instagram profile says it all "Travel the world with us - all you need is an empty glass and a sense of adventure. No passport required - come explore the world of wine"
★ Saturday morning local farmer’s market on Gleadell Street, 3 min walk. Fresh produce from fruit and vegetables, organic stall, fish monger, cafe and pastries and do much more.
★ Richmond recreation centre with gym and swimming pool, 3 min walk
★ Coles supermarket 3 min walk
