If you would like to bring your boat, Horseshoe Bay Living property management can potentially secure a boat marina slip and store your boat trailer during for stay for an extra fee. Please let us know if you are interested in this option. This is confirmed only in writing by Horseshoe Bay Living management

The property is equipped with electronic key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you 3 days in advance of your check-in. Additionally, a property information booklet will be included with your door code. This booklet contains all the relevant property information, like wifi network names & password as well as house rules and check out procedures. Please let us know if you would like us to email you this information booklet.

Guests will be able to access the following amenities that are communal:
- Swimming pool
- 6 day docks for boat and jet skis

A boat slip may be available for rent during your stay in a nearby marina. Please inquire with Horseshoe Bay Living for the price and availability. This fee is in addition to the Nightly Rate.

One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredricksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings.
