Coldsprings farm is a relaxed game farm resort with a pool and beautiful scenery and a dam for bass fishing and lovely walks. There are cycling routes nearby and there is livestock and game to view from the comfort of the front verandah. The species list is Buffalo, Blesbuck, Impala, Cape Mountain Zebra, Hartebeest, Black wildebeest, Warthogs, Duiker, Bush pigs and sheep. There is plenty of firewood to have a braai on the verandah and plenty of space for the family.

It is a perfect place to relax and reset while watching game pass by or go for a walk or catch bass in our dam. We are very spoilt living here and we would like to sell our lifestyle to the rest of the world.

The main access to the property is an electric gate requiring a security code which will be provided upon booking and payment. The entire property is game fenced with electric fencing, so it is very secure.

There is a farmhouse which has 2 en-suite bedrooms, 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom, lounge, dining room and office, patio with covered braai, kitchen and scullery which would require a one group booking. There is also a separate lodge which has patio with braai, dining room, lounge, kitchen and guest toilet. The lodge rooms share the lodge area with 4 en-suite bedrooms each with there own entrance.

The Highlands area is similar to the Scottish Highlands as we have a higher altitude more rainfall compared to the closest town 8km's away called Grahamstown. There is a wind farm nearby and good running and cycling routes.
