The decor is 70s - 80s retro comfortable and earthy. 3ks to Waihi Town that hosts a wide variety of shops ranging from boutique eateries to lovely arts and crafts. Close to Waihi Surf Beach & town with lovely eateries and shops. Guests share facilities with host and other guests. Waihi is a gold mining town with lots to see and do. We also run our small business Shine Metal Polishers from this location.
WINTER: There is lots to see and do in the winter. forget everything.

We are animal oriented people who enjoy the basics in life. We love to share our beautiful place with other people who would enjoy the outdoors, getting close and personal with our animals horses, cattle, dog & cats. There is also a beautiful stream for swimming and maybe trout fishing (permit needed) and a lovely area for walks. The space is shared with us and other guests.

We are situated behind the Oceana Goldmine on 18 beautiful acres. The local area is friendly with a wide range of things to do from train rides, walks, swimming, pools and a host of eateries around to enjoy. Waihi has a bike hire shop and there are many places to visit and enjoy.
