Ground floor apartment. Simple but comfortable house in a quiet and peaceful green area, five minutes walk from the town center. The building is part of an old rustic, renovated in recent times. Living in the hamlet of Jelme, I am available for support, information and suggestions on how to better enjoy your stay in the area (excursions, museums, history and art). In addition to Italian, we can communicate in French, English, German, Spanish.

In season there is the possibility to take advantage of some products of the front garden, cultivated by me.
Starting on foot from the house you can take simple walks and access the lakeside promenade.

Directions to reach the house from Pieve di Cadore-Calalzo:
once you reach the center of Domegge, continue for about 500 meters on the national road;
just before the petrol station at the exit of the village turn right into via Trieste and follow it for about 250 m (practically you go back for the one-way parallel to the national).
At the first junction turn left into Via Udine and follow it until the end (about 150 meters).
Public parking 50m before the house.
Access to the apartment is directly from the front courtyard.

In addition to central heating (non included in the price), wood-burning stove - with wood supply.
Possibility to divide the double bed into two single beds.
In the same house is available another appartment on the first floor, Ciasa Jelme Norma.
