There is a kitchen with all the necessary housewares, microwave oven, induction cooker, dishes, bed linen, a bathroom with a bath, washing machine and drier, Cable TV with premium international TV channels including sports and movie channels and high speed Wi-FI on your disposal.

Jomas street that has no car access is very popular with many shops and restaurants available for visitors of Jurmala. While season high is during summer this location is quite convenient entire year because it is next to train station with 30 minutes ride to center of Riga for a one way cost of 1.4€. Biggest park of Jurmala with skate park, watchtower, large playground for different ages, basketball courts, roller tracks and several Tarzan obstacle tracks with various difficulty levels for those who love climbing trees.
