ABSOLUTELY NO PETS - If pets are found to be on the property there will be an additional $300.00 fee. Sorry for this but we have had problems in the past.
No wearing shoes in the house please. You can take them off in the rear entryway and place them inside if you need to.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No unexpected guests unless approved by us. No overnight guests other than your pre-approved party.
