The place is ideal for those who prefer to stay in a quiet place and a way from the noise, traffic and crowd density of Cebu City.
This is inside a gated community. 2-minute bicycle ride to the wet market you can buy your food. This gated community is an international residential neighborhood but outside the gate is very local life.
Windows in the living, dining and kitchen is kept open on the daytime to let the sea breeze flow through the house.
Aircondition use is optional and not included in the rate. That's because we want to make the rate as low as possible and not force it to guests who are more environmental conscious . The rate for aircon use is 4(200 pesos) USD per day.
The following are excluded from the rates for those staying long term (one week or more)
Toiletries essentials . After the initial 2 toilet paper
Regular cleaning of your room
Laundry and washing of your bed linens
