We have a small farm in west Michigan, growing hydroponic lettuce, herbs, and micros. We grow a variety of other things, like arctic kiwi, elderflowers, hazelnuts, and ginger. We also make small batch cordials (flavored syrups) from the elderflowers, ginger, chamomile, and other things we grow, which we sell and use to make sodas.
We are laid-back travelers, and enjoy getting off the beaten track to meet people and enjoy local food.
