This 1 bedroom with studio is a great escape in a quiet suburb in Uvongo. Own entrance onto swimming pool & lush tropical garden. Within walking distance from Uvongo beach (450m) as well as other amenities such as Spar convenient store, restaurants, butchery and laundromat. Ideal for a beach holiday if you want the option to escape the crowds. Main bedroom is private with door and the studio is open plan with kitchenette and sleeper couch for 3rd and 4th person, preferably small children.

Ideally loctated. Walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants yet located in a quiet neighborhood if you need to relax and escape the crowds or sun. Swimming pool is communal between house and rental unit. Please note swimming pool has NO fence around it and there is no safety net installed. Well maintained property and garden. Flat is clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful hosts. Open plan kitchenette / studio with a sleeper couch for 3rd and 4th person, preferably small children. The double bed room has a door that can close. Kitchenette is well equipped with a 3 plate gas stove and cooking hood. Bathroom recently upgraded with new glass door shower, washbasin, vanity & toilet. The property is smoke free. Safe open parking inside the property for one motor vehicle. Guests should note that although there are a few spots in the swimming pool where the paint came off, the water is clear and clean and safe to use.

Guests will have access to a shared garden space and shared swimming pool.The hosts will always endeavor to give the guests privacy and to prevent using the swimming pool, but the guests must note that the hosts have to do a daily cleaning of the swimming pool and the water treatmant.

Please note we have a friendly small breed dog that live on the property. We have a 5000lt water tank to provide water during municipal strikes or breakdowns. The driveway, garden, swimming pool and washing line are shared spaces although the hosts will endeavor to give their guests privacy during their stay. The swimming pool is not fenced or equipped with a safety net, therefore guests and or their visitors with young and or disabled children/persons need to be aware and ensure supervision and pool safety at all times. Please note that some noise may travel downstairs to the rental unit as the owners live upstairs.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, 450m from Uvongo beach. The vervet monkeys usually come by the house every morning. Also within 300m walk from a Spar convenient shop and other amenities such as restaurants and coffee shops.

Even though attached to the main house it remains very private. We respect the privacy of the guests. We are always available for any advice or assistance.
