This beautiful modern loft will give you a fresh new perspective on traveling. It has all the essentials and then some. Our loft is great for solo travelers, couples and even families with children. The loft is attached to a main house but is fully private and does not have access into the main house. Parking is on the opposite end of the main house and also very private. the private driveway is just steps aways from the loft entry with it's own fenced off spot for leaving your vehicle safely.

Entire loft and private outdoor parking space. There is a coin laundry across the street on Habana Ave "Sunny Days" literally about a minute away. You can walk there quite easily.

I am first and foremost a family man. Married 12 years, met my wife 17 years ago. My wife recently graduated from nursing school and is currently working at the VA Hospital. I am a licensed FL state contractor (home builder/remodeler). We have a 10 year old boy and a 7 year old girl and we couldn't have asked for better kids. We are followers of Christ (not religious christians) and we are looking to make memories with our family so that our kids grow up to become part of the solution and not the problem to the worlds issues. We live in a crazy world but we are trying to make the best of it.
