Our brand new bed and breakfast is ready to welcome you and ensure you have a relaxing holiday in contact with nature. The rooms, all with private bathroom, are equipped with all the comforts: air conditioning/heating, internet wifi also outside, mini fridge, hairdryer, courtesy set,bath towels/face/hands, kettle, tea and coffee, wonderful fresh breakfast, microwave, safe, private parking and free pass to park for free in the center village

We are preparing to restart in serenity and safety, to make you enjoy a corner of paradise for your well-deserved holidays after such difficult moments.
We have reflected a lot in this "suspended" time on what we can be for you, and the answer seemed much simpler than expected, given that we have a small structure with only 3 rooms, in which the assembly never occurred and will not present itself now as an obstacle.
We want to be a safe post-covid refuge, which represents a re-start for everyone respecting the rules and which allows you to enjoy well-deserved holidays in our beautiful region.
Our B & B is located on the first floor of a detached residential new construction, immersed in the green countryside of Levanto, among olive groves and vineyards of the family estate.
In a great location for relaxation and rest, but still close to the station, just 800 meters from us, easy to visit the famous Cinque Terre.
In the morning you will be served breakfast on the terrace, on bad weather days will be organized room service.
All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, LCD TV, wireless internet, private bathroom

- our outdoor spaces will be at your disposal to give you moments of relaxation in the open air in complete safety, with sunbeds, hammocks and solarium area to enjoy the sun and relax. You can cool off with the outdoor shower or read a good book in the shade, perhaps enjoying an aperitif, surrounded by nature a stone's throw from the Cinque Terre.
- the arrangement of the tables will allow you to enjoy breakfast and meals outside respecting the necessary social distancing.
- breakfast will be served as usual on our splendid terrace or in the garden or in your room, at the time that best suits your needs, personalized and served with fresh products.
- we will practice a cordial but safe relationship with our guests, wearing gloves and masks. We will also offer the possibility of self check-in, without prejudice to our full availability in managing your needs and planning the entire stay in the best way.
- we will collaborate with restaurants and clubs in the area, we will propose the best solutions for takeaway meals with home delivery service, offering a wide choice of local and always fresh menus for dinners on the terrace or in the room.
- We will offer our support to suggest menus at local delicatessens to taste traditional dishes, to be consumed at the facility or outside the house on a picnic.
- you will find sanitizing stations at our B&B and we will sanitize the common areas several times a day.
- we will arrange a 24-hour break between one booking and another, so as to perform a complete sanitation of the rooms to deliver them safe and sanitized to subsequent guests.
These measures are the basis of a restart in the name of safety, tranquility and respect. As the situation evolves, we will keep ourselves constantly updated.

Generally, what strikes you when you reach our home is quiet. One kilometer from the center of Levanto, its busy streets and the railway station, we enjoy a wonderful and unusual paradise. You will love coming home and, after a long day spent in the chaos of the crowded villages, sit on the terrace with a good glass of wine waiting for the rising of the stars and hearing only the chirping of the cicadas and the frog of the frogs. You will find me, coming home, while I play with the children or do some work in the large garden, or busy cooking breakfast for the next day and picking fruit and preparing our famous jams.
At the end of autumn you can attend (or participate!) In the olive harvest surrounding the house, generally from mid-October to mid-November.
