Fantastic sunsets and Sea views - very quite with friendly neighbours in traditional location. This apartment has private entrance and is next door to my home in a separate building so you have your own space and can control your own heating.
I am happy to give local tips to all the fantastic things to do and see in the area!

Heating is on a timer and you will find apartment warm upon arrival until you go to bed as long as I am aware of approximate arrival times.

Hi, I'm Patrick, I grew up in England with an Irish Mother an English Father and 5 sisters. I moved to Cork, Ireland in 1996. I completed a sign writers course while in Cork, and moved to County Clare in 2000. I now work from home as a sign-writer. I live on my own, and take the opportunity to travel to India during the rainy Irish winters. I love riding my motorbike, and tour Europe on the bike for a few weeks every summer . I also enjoy the peace and quiet of where I live , the beautiful scenery and daily walks by the sea. I have recently started studying Art at a local college for 3 days a week. I enjoy playing the guitar badly, riding my bicycle and swim regularly (snorkeling in the sea here is brilliant). I enjoy a good book, even though it takes me a while to get through it sometimes. Love playing my old vinyl and tape collection. Enjoy my visitors, and getting to know people from different cultures or backgrounds. Oh, and love a good game of backgammon and the odd glass of wine, or pint of Guinness. I like talking to and getting to know my guests but can be just in the background if that's what is preferred.
