Apartment for rent, with an independent entrance, in the suggestive borgo of Tellaro, one of the most beautiful in Italy. On the ground floor, through a small hallway you access the kitchen, a bathroom and the living room. The first floor is reached by way of an internal staircase, leading to a double bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower.
Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. Every window has shutters and screens. The heating system is independent.

The house is fully furnished: washing machine, dish washer, oven, fridge, freezer, pots and cutlery; pillows duvets and bed sheets; towels, beach towels and tablecloths.
There is a step to access the living room and an internal staircase to get to the first floor.
You can't reach the front door by car, you need to walk down a characteristic carruggio for about 30 meters.
