Enjoy a breathtaking ocean view and breeze while lounging or bathing in an infinity pool at this charming beach beauty! This property has 5 bedrooms, a beautiful Rancho by the pool that includes a bar and sink, dining and seating space. Take in a beautiful sunset in an ocean level deck with fire pit and beach access for 4 wheel motorcycles. It also has a small kitchen space with the essentials and plenty parking space.

Charmirng property with espectacular ocean view and pool. Great for relaxing and barbecuing; around the big central space that houses a bar, dining and seating area, are the bedrooms. The master bedroom gets a delicious ocean breeze while you listen to the soft sound of waves, (this bedroom has a private bathroom), directly across the master bedroom are two small bedrooms that share a bathroom and a/c which makes it perfect for children or a family. On the other side of the property are 2 other bedrooms with an outside bathroom. Finally at the end of a small open walkway is a small kitchen space with a fridge, gas stove with oven and rustic sink. We reccomend preparing food by the bar and pantry (small sink, microwave and toaster oven, coffee maker and small fridge) and using this space mainly to cook and store food.

The kitchen space is not a full kitchen, but has all the essentials for preparing food. Gas four burner stove, pantry and sink, refrigerator, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, serving dishes, silverware etc.
Included in the price are 50 kw per day, we will be charging U$0.30 per aditional kw.
