Located in the Historic District of Haymount, the home was built in 1917 and much of its original features and charm have been preserved. This studio apartment has all necessary amenities with a sheik modern early 20th century feel. Located within walking distance of downtown Fayetteville and just a short 5-minute walk to the Cape Fear Regional Theater and a 15-minute walk to Downtown Fayetteville with many local bars, restaurants, museums, Festival Park, Segra Baseball Stadium and night-life.

Ft Bragg and Cape Fear Hospital are just a short 15-20 min drive which makes the space perfect for traveling nurses or military on temporary duty. When available we provide a weekly magazine that informs you of local activities going on in Fayetteville for the week and particularly in the downtown area. There is a washer/dryer which is free to use located in the apartment. The bedroom has a queen size bed with extra blankets and pillows to make you as comfortable as possible. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am.

Hinsdale House is nestled in a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. It is ideally set in close proximity to the downtown Fayetteville area, with many attractions within walking or short drive distance. Haymount is the historic district of Fayetteville, NC. "LeClaire's General Store" on Hay St, about a 10-minute walk just up the street, has great coffee, tea, wine and service! It is a great place to hangout. "Rude Awakening" is another local coffee shop on Hay St in the heart of downtown. (about a 3-minute drive or 15- minute walk ) This place is another local treasure where you will find an eclectic lay out for seating with a quaint hidden court yard in the rear. The outside seating is the main attraction for enjoying great coffee and people watching! SEGRA Baseball Stadium, home to the Fayettville Woodpeckers, is another great attraction within the immediate area. This minor league team has a major baseball stadium with wonderful restaurants, activities for kids, shopping, and a host of other things to in and around the stadium.
