Everyone talks about location, location, location but THE CHIMNEY ROCK RIVER HOUSE truly has the best location of them all. It's just steps to downtown Chimney Rock Village with the Rocky Broad River boldly rushing in your back yard. Imagine unspoiled views of Chimney Rock State Park from your private hot tub; what more could you want!
This beautiful and unique one-story home features almost level entry with only 4 steps. Greeting you is a full length enclosed front porch where you can sit back, relax, and watch the cars and motorcycles drive by while enjoying the sights of Chimney Rock Village. Once inside the main living area you're surrounded by the warmth of solid pine tongue and groove walls and original double rock fireplace with new gas logs on one side and a wood stove on the other. Surrounding the main living room and additional den area are 4 bedrooms with one (1) King bed, (2) Queen beds, and one (1) Full size bed. Three of the bedrooms have their own TV's. The home also has two (2) full bathrooms each with shower and tub.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal for the entire family including crockpot and plenty of cookware. Gather by the stove in the kitchen or use the gas grill outside. The dining room has ample seating for 6 to 8 people. Wait there's more! There's a sunroom overlooking the river with a large flat screen TV, perfect for watching the game, just reading a book, or taking a nap. Listening to the river is like having your own relaxing sound machine
Outdoor seating abounds across the full-length deck area. Did we mention it also has a 6-person HOT TUB overlooking the river! What better place to relax after a long day of hiking, sightseeing, or shopping? Ideally, you'll do absolutely nothing but sit back and relax with your favorite beverage watching the river roll by as the sun sets. The best part … wake up to the sounds of the water and do it all over again tomorrow

PETS: This is a Dog friendly home there will be additional non-refundable pet fee listed. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED
2 Adult Dogs are allowed with additional pet deposit of $60-$100. Dogs must not be left unattended or must be crated if left at home. Dogs are NOT allowed on the furniture; we ask that you please always pick up after you dogs and be mindful of the neighbors and keep your dogs on a leash.

CHECK IN: 3:00 p.m., local time (or later) You will receive directions and access information once we have received a signed rental agreement securing reservation (this agreement will be sent to you for electronic signature) you will also need to provide a copy of your government issued ID to our company with current mailing address and contact information along with vehicle registration of each vehicle that will be at the home during your stay. You will be emailed check in instructions 24 hours prior to arrival provided you have signed your electronic rental agreement and sent in a copy of your photo ID and vehicle information. If you go to a property prior to approval from our office before check in time you will be accessed an early check-in fee $50.
CHECK OUT: 10:00 a.m. local time (or earlier). Housekeeping will arrive very shortly after 10:00 to prepare the home for the next Guest. Late check-outs will be charged the applicable daily rate or $50 per hour, whichever is greater to the credit card on file unless prior arrangements are made, and the aforementioned fee is paid, if the home has not been vacated by 1:00 pm.

You will be required to electronically sign a separate vacation rental agreement before your reservation is secured. Your total amount listed on the Mr Lake Lure® Vacation Rental Agreement may be different than the amount paid to the 3rd party site you book through. All third-party sites charge differing amounts as service fees to guests for using their services. We have no control over those fees and do not collect them. You will also need to provide a copy of your government issued ID to our company with current mailing address and contact information.
