Located down the street , from Radium Hot Springs golf course, this 3 full bedroom house has breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains and complete privacy out the rear patios. Our full kitchen offers the ability for cooking fresh meals for all needs. The bright open concept family rooms are great for entertaining, the large windows and access to the patios make for an all around great experience to relax after all the activities the East Kootenay's brings.

The 2 patios out the back of the house are facing south/west for the afternoon sun and evening sunsets over the mountain peaks.
The open concept main floor gives a great space for entertaining with access to the patio and BBQ.

The garage is not available for use, there is a large driveway that can park 4 large vehicles and also free street parking as well.

We have the best/fastest wifi Telus provides but being in the valley its a little spotty. It’s decent to use with a couple devices but anymore could slow it down.

This home is located on a very quiet street just off the Radium golf coarse and is just a very short drive or few mins walk to the coarse. The home is located on a hill side and has amazing view of the valley and mountains.
