Welcome to Villa93, Luxury Lodge. We are situated just 6.5km south of Katikati on 2.5ha of grounds and fruit trees. We have a beautiful rural outlook over orchards and out to the stunning Kaimai Ranges. Villa93 is central to the picturesque beaches of Mt Maunganui and Waihi Beach which makes us a great place to stay, venture around the beautiful area during the day and return to relax and unwind.

All the furnishings and beds are new.

Breakfast:
A continental or cooked breakfast each morning of your stay is complimentary.
Afternoon tea is provided on arrival prior to 4pm.
If you are available, please join your hosts for a complimentary glass of wine or beer between 5 and 6 pm.
Beer, wine and non alcohol beverages are available for purchase during your stay.

Guests using the Orchard View Suite have their own private lounge area with flat screen TV. Freeview, DVD player, shared sky and chromecast (you will need the required ap on your device). A selection of DVD's are available to borrow during your stay.
Guests are encouraged to feel at home and make tea & coffee using the main kitchen tea and coffee station. Fresh baking is always on offer, please help yourself. The fridge has chilled filtered water and ice.
Guests can make use of the main lounge, dining, and patio areas. Enjoy a wander through the garden and a shady spot under a tree.
We have a salt water pool and spa pool available for guests to enjoy.
Free guest parking on site.

We are situated only 1.5km from the Bird Gardens, a short drive to the Fairview Golf Course, restaurants and cafe’s surrounding Katikati. There are many bush walks around Katikati to enjoy at varying levels.

Yours Hosts are Jacqui and Reg Pountney. We have recently made a career change and Villa93 Luxury Lodge has been born. Jacqui is chef trained and will be your chef during your stay. We both enjoy the outdoors, gardening, sports, cars and of course cooking. We look forward to welcoming you into our home.
