You have your own entrance via a metal staircase at the back of the garage. There is a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. You also have a small balcony and access to an outdoor seating area under the balcony. Located close to E20, Center Syd (a shopping centre), Barsebäcks golf course, and the ocean.

The surrounding neigbourhood used to be a summer cottage area, so most of the houses are different and there is a lot of trees. Really nice walking areas in the forest nearby. There is a shopping centre, Center Syd, just 2 kilometers away. The ocean is 3 kilometers away and it has a nice beach. Barsebäcks golf course is 5 kilometers away. There is a really nice diner namned Lucy’s Diner, it is an American burger place inspired of the 1950’s. The pizzeria Katjas has a delivery service. A really good Thai-food place is Linnea och Basilika. There is a viking outdoor exhibit place just outside of Löddeköpinge.
