房源空間 Each season has its own charm in Storlien:
Winter The cottage is situated at the best location right by the ski lifts and you literarily ski-in, ski-out. Storlien is perfect for families. All in all, there are nine tow lifts and 23 slopes. The slopes are fairly short, but lift queues are rare. Ski school can be booked in the Sports Shop at Slalomliften. There is also a restaurant and après ski nearby. In addition to the ski lifts, there are cross-country trails and trails for ski touring starting just a stones throw from the cottage. The ski resort Duved is just 40 minutes away by car and Åre yet another 10 minutes away. Norwegian Meråker Alpin is half an hour away by car towards Trondheim.
Spring By this time of the year the ski lifts are closed for the season but depending on weather and snow conditions this week can offer amazing opportunities for ski touring in the beautiful mountain wilderness. There are lots of ski touring trails around Storlien.
Autumn The Autumn weeks are ideal for hiking. The mountains display amazing color palettes, the air is crisp, and you can drink the water straight out of the streams. The lakes and stream nearby offer fishing for trout and char. Check with the service desk for details.
The village Storlien is a quiet village. There are some shops, après ski and some restaurants. The opening hours are season dependent. Just outside the village there is a large supermarket which also represents Systembolaget.
