A beautiful property on a large piece of land on the South Side of the island. The cabin is tucked away in a private forest. I built this Agricultural Cabin to be off grid & ECO friendly. 420 FRIENDLY! The Cabin has lights, refrigerator,hot water,bathroom,washer,stove & full kitchen. Enjoy the outdoors in a self sustainable organic food forest. Spend the nights staring up at the stars on the world's largest active volcano. Organic farm so there is an occasional insect. Super fast WIFI 35 Mbps!

My home is completely off grid, which means I'm on solar, and I catch rain water. The home has all the same amenities any house would have besides a T.V. This is a two bedroom, one bath self sufficient AGRICULTURAL Cabin. The whole off grid cabin will be for guest. I have two homes on the property so I have my own Cabin. The cabin has super fast WiFi! There is a new trampoline for guests to jump on or a nice place to watch the stars. I've got extra boggie boards, beach chairs, kids toys, floaties, coolers, and a mask for guests to take to the beach. I have 2 friendly outside cats. No animals inside the home!!! I'm completely off grid but my home still offers hot water, a stove, electricity, washer for guests, a nice bathroom with a tub. I have a daughter so there are tons of toys for kids. I have a swing, trampoline, kiddy pool, and slide for children. I would say this is a very kid friendly Airbnb. There are so many fun things to do on the south side of the island. I live close to the Lava Tube Tours, South Point, Green Sands, and Black Sands beach. Kilauea and Kona are only an hour away. I live in the dry native forests of Kau at 2,700 feet in elevation so it gets cool at night in the winter. I have plenty of blankets so all you need is a sweater and sweat pants. My organic farm is out in the country so there is an occasional insect. This is a space for nature lovers and people who have an adventurous spirit. My property sits in a native Hawaiian dry forest full of Sandal Wood, Ohia, Koa, and Mamaki. I'm a farmer who loves to grow organic vegetation. I've created a paradise of my own by planting an organic self sustainable food forest. Come enjoy the quiet nights under the stars on Mauna Loa. There is a grill that the guests can use. It's only my daughter and I so the house isn't spotless.My areas climate mostly resembles the Mediterranean zone without the super cold. The days have a beautiful breeze and the nights stay cool unlike Kona. Bring warm clothes because the nights get chilly, especially in January and February. I have a heater inside the home for those cool nights. I will be staying at the property too at the very front.

The whole Agricultural Cabin will be rented out to guest's. Guests have access to the whole acre besides the the front of the lot where I stay. Parking is easy if you just back in. I've got extra boggie boards, beach chairs, kids toys, floaties, coolers, and a mask for guests to take to the beach. There is a washing machine but the sun has to be out to use it. There is a grill and fire pit that can be used as long as we are not in a drought. Most of the vegetation is edible so please help yourself. Just make sure to wash all vegetables and greens.

It gets cool at night especially in the winter so bring warm clothes. Wifi is hardwired into the telecom poles so it's super fast and reliable. I can't guarantee the internet will work 100% of the time. Like anywhere else it could stop working for the day.

I live in a very quiet neighborhood with no neighbors on either side of my place. It's a very private piece of land. Most of the people living on my block are retired. Very safe neighborhood. There are so many fun things to do on the south side of the island. I live close to the Lava Tube Tours, South Point, Green Sands Beach, Two Step snorkeling area, and Black Sands Beach. Kona is only an hours drive away. Volcano National park is also an hour drive. Hilo is an hour and forty minutes away.
