A luxurious holiday cottage on the outskirts of Newmarket-on-Fergus, a historic market town in County Clare, and situated in a peaceful and scenic location with open fields on every side.
Just a 10 minute drive from Shannon Airport. This is an ideal base from which to visit the numerous attractions in the West of Ireland.

Exceptionally furnished and decorated throughout, the property enjoys impressive open plan living areas complemented by exposed beams.
There are 3 bedrooms - 2 doubles and one treble, with king size and single bed, and the cottage sleeps 7 guests comfortably. Extra king-sized beds and blackout blinds for maximum guest comfort. There are 3 bathrooms. All have wet room shower cubicles
The master bedroom (treble) which is located upstairs, has a large bathroom with stand alone claw bath.
The other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor.
A contemporary kitchen has a central island, Caesar stone quartz bench tops. Large Belling 6 ring and double oven electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave.
There is a large utility room off the kitchen which has a washing machine and spin dryer (all appliances are brand new)
The property is thoroughly alarmed with automatic gates. There Is a also a large lawn area to the side and rear of the house.
