Our 3 brand new apartments are available for your holiday in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Completely furnished with air-conditioning in room to ensure you have everything you would need to make your stay enjoyable. We provide the essentials to make your stay comfortable, including a welcome basket (with snacks, tea & coffee), water cooler for drinking, kitchen utensils for 6 guests.
Located at the highest point of Colombo in a secure residential neighborhood, we’d be perfect for families or friends

Just minutes away to a variety of restaurants for local and international cuisine (1km), super markets (1.1km), hospitals (1.3km) and temples/churches/mosques (1km).
We’re literally just 10-15 mins by taxi to any of Colombo’s attractions such as shopping, beaches etc.
We also have a beautiful rooftop which you can enjoy to relax, or for any private functions where you are free to invite guests.
My husband and I live right in the house next door to the apartment, and are always available for any questions or help. We also have a friendly caretaker on site who can help in an emergency.
We are also happy to provide daily cleaning (at cost), or a helper to help cook home made rice and curry (at cost – with notice, groceries not included).
We’ve invested our hearts in to the apartment, as such would appreciate it being treated like your own home. Please do not damage the property and/or its contents.
Utilities
WiFi - 18 GB per month
Water – included (no additional cost)
Electricity – 15 units per day for up to 3 guests. Any additional units will be charged at Rs 20 per unit. Note that the air-conditioners in the apartment all use energy efficient inverter technology.
Security Deposit - You may be charged up to $275 for any damages/ loss of furniture/ appliances.
