This lovely three bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse has a large master bedroom, laundry, all appliances and attached 2-car garage with code. Minutes from University of Iowa, Kinnick Stadium and other Hawkeye sporting events, and U of I Medical Campus. Easily accessible to the I-80 interchanges, Coral Ridge Mall and many shopping centers. Quail Creek golf course and biking/hiking trails to Coralville Lake and Lake McBride.

Additional items are an upright piano, fireplace with gas log and switch ignition, patio and porch with table and chairs for summertime. Also attached 2-car garage with code. Please note, this is a residence, although we are not there often, and there are some personal items stored in this town home. Also note that this is my permanent residence, although I am not there often, and I do have personal items in this town home. Please read the House Rules and/or the House Manuel before booking. Also I have many kitchen cooking pieces and equipment, however not for every single cuisine. The bed in tbe 3rd bedroon is a very comfortable daybed, although I listed it as a sofabed - it was the closest choice in the listing. If you require emailed check-n and out directions, please request them. Otherwise they are posted twice in the listing.

This is a very quiet and popular neighborhood - extremely convenient to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, medical plazas and the University of Iowa. Core Fitness gym, a brand new Hy-Vee, restaurants, banking, etc are walking distance. Also, the bike trails can be accessed behind the last row of town homes - the next set away from the front of this unit. You can bicycle to the Coralville Lake hiking trails or the other way to Iowa City.
