A total space of 25m2 ensures real tiny house living. Because of the large window openings and the sliding door you have almost 12m2 of glass to picture frame the beautifull scenery.
房客使用權限
You will have your own private and sucluded area. The decking and a plot of garden area of around 140m2 is at your disposal.

As being a waterfront property you should consider the boats sailing by ;).
Also please note that there is a road near the tiny house and you can expect some noise.
