It’s a private,safely secure room with new queen size bed,comfy mattress,fresh linens,towels etc that can accommodate two people.
At night you can use this futon as a bed for one or two,and during a day you can transfer it into a couch.
And a coffee table can be used in front of it,so you could put a lap top on it and use.
-About the area:
It is a safe and only few blocks from Journal Square PATH train station that goes to manhattan,10 mins ride and you are in World Trade Center.
YOUR LUGGAGE-
If you arrive early or depart late,I can let you leave your luggage in the
living/dining room
-Also luggage storages available in manhattan if you arrive/depart from New York,the companies called SHWARTZ and VERTOE,you can find them online,the closest and comfortable locations for you and leave the luggage there,$6.95 per item I believe.
You can also do it a day before your departure day,so you could just go and explore manhattan that last day or bring your luggage same day and pick up at night(that's in case you depart late on your check out day)
Do not smoke inside the room,hallway house
If we smell cigarettes we have to call odor control technicians who using
ozone treatment, fogging, duct cleaning, and many other techniques to return a home to a fresh state
And it ll cost you $189 average

-20 mins ride on PATH underground train to New York City midtown from GROVE str stop,then after just
8 blocks walk to TIMES SQUARE,once in manhattan
-10 mins ride on PATH train to World Trade Center from JOURNAL SQUARE str stop
You can use the same single ride card as you use on subway in New York City
- Newark 15 mins ride from Journal square stop

-Also there is a parking on streets and next to building you ll be staying in,you ll just have to watch and follow the signs of cleaning streets(days and hours),and the times of parking allowed on that spot.
-Night parking free after 5 pm on the streets with signs where you can park from 5 pm-8 am(after 8 am you can leave a car for 2 hours till 10 am usually-it’s where sign says 2 HOURS parking only with NO permit
-also to add about PERMIT parking signs,those streets with those signs suppose to be for local residents only-
BUT i know people park their cars there from all around,and it's not heavily enforced,but there is 50/50 you can get a ticket for not following the PERMIT only parking signs.
In general around neighborhood you will be staying in:
PATH trains,buses,UBER,to manhattan and around JC,all withing few blocks(walking distance,only 10 mins walk from house to PATH train Grove street station!that takes you to Manhattan),easy and comfortable commute to Manhattan.
