Monticello is a great neighborhood. A lot of conveniences are nearby, very friendly community, any service you might need is available either within walking distance or short driving distance. There is a Community Center a short walk from the unit. It has a gym, pool, basketball courts, climbing wall, track, play gym for kids, and other activities for kids. The rates there are very affordable. The Mississippi River and a small but nice park is a short walk away, where fishing is possible.
