This is a cozy, clean, well equipped and beautiful small studio with lush garden areas and many fruit trees in the heart of down town Cabo San Lucas! New A/C and free WiFi. We are located 4 short blocks from main street, just far enough to get a good nights sleep! We are a 5 minute walk from most major restaurants, clubs and cafes such as Cabo Wabo, Starbucks and "Paraiso Mall" and only two blocks from public transport. You can walk to swimmable MEDANO BEACH in about 10-15 minutes!

Keep in mind that this is a small studio (16m2) as the price reflects it so please do not complain. Despite its size the Mediterranean decor gives this studio a unique feel with beautiful solid wood french doors. Enjoy your home away from home... Private bathroom, strong A/C, full kitchen with dishes to cook with and basics like oil, salt & pepper, dish soap and sponge etc.., table and chairs, big closet, electronic safe for your valuables. The memory foam mattress and black-out curtains will help you get a good nights rest and make you feel like you are sleeping in your own bed.

The space and entrance are 100% private. Private interior parking space provided at no additional cost. Lock box with key located at the door for 24 hour access.

The apartment is located at the front of the property. Upon entering turn right and It’s the second door on the first floor with a sign above that says "Jerusalem"
*WE DON'T HAVE TV*
The cleaning fee is only for cleaning once your stay is finished (once you leave). If you require cleaning during your stay or daily, we can gladly make it * Paying an EXTRA Charge *. Just let me know

I love Cabo San Lucas! My family has lived here since the 80’s and have seen it grow from a small fishing village to the international tourist destination it is today. I love to spend time with them, work on the garden, read and always learn something new. I have a passion for nature especially mountains and rivers and enjoy quiet places. Yo amo Los Cabos! Mi familia ha vivido aquí desde los 80’s y lo han visto convertirse desde un pequeño pueblo de pescadores al destino turístico que es hoy en día.
