This home is clean, cozy and affordable. It is located in an area that is on a hilltop so we get some of the best views when it comes to sunrises and star gazing. This home has 1 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and is approximately 600 square ft. Washer and dryer inside if needed. This home has paddle boards on site and they are available for rent and tours (contact host for setting up rentals). There is a Publix grocery, Burlington, LA Fitness and much more less than half a mile from home. Downtown Gardens and Downtown West Palm Beach nearby. John D MacArthur Park, Lakeside Park and Dog parks nearby. So many things to see and explore please enjoy! I am always a phone call away if you need any recommendations.

Hello, my name is Katie and my wife is Barbara. We have lived in South Florida since we were kids. We love the beach and being in nature. One of our favorite things to do is paddle boarding with our dogs Sarabi and Habana. We try and live a simple and Eco-friendly lifestyle. We love plants and growing our own herbs, veggies and fruit. We love to travel, experiencing new places and meeting new people. That is why we decided to open our homes to travelers from all over. We are in a prime location in Palm Beach Gardens/Lake Park. The home is conveniently located just 1.3 miles from I-95 with the beach just 3.5 miles away. The Gardens Mall and Downtown Gardens is located 3 miles away. Plenty of activities for fun in the sun. This property has two homes on it, Paradise is a two bedroom one bathroom with wrap around deck outside. Oasis is a one bedroom one bathroom. (Each home listed separately) Shared backyard and plenty of parking. Great for groups, families or just individuals that want the privacy of an entire home. No smoking in the home but there is a deck you can go outside to smoke. We have paddle boards on site and can be rented. We look forward to your stay in sunny South Florida!
