Stay in our comfortable room 'El Chorro' which consists of a 22m2 bedroom with a king size bed and bedside tables, sofa, seating (table and chairs), bathroom with shower and toilet, a Nespresso coffeemaker and water cooker, Smart TV incl free Netflix and a small terrace area in a patio. The room has recently (January 2019) been reformed and refurbished.

Room cleaning and change of bedlinen is once a week. We provide clean towels twice a week. Breakfast is not included in the price and is available for 10 Euro per person per day.

We invite all of our guests to make use of the communal lounge with comfortable lounge seats, the swimming pool (Open from 15 april - 1 november) which is 16m x 6m and enjoy the splendid views and nature, the sun beds (free towels provided), the honesty bar and the garden.
We serve daily breakfast at the breakfast area in the lounge at the swimming pool (1 april - 1 november) and in the room (winter). Breakfast is served from 09:30-11:00 and consists of yoghurt, fruit, bread, eggs, different kinds of spreads, meats and cheeses, juice, coffee and tea (no buffet).

We, the owners of B&B Cortijo Vista Álora, are a Dutch family, Johan, Hanneke and two kids Dean and Faye. We live in the main house of this peaceful cortijo, which is set in the foothills of the white-washed mountain town of Álora.
The B&B consists -besides the main house-, of 4 double rooms and 1 self contained studio. The B&B has a well established tropical garden with over 50 palm trees, 49 olive trees, several lemon, orange and fig trees and much more. We have 360 degrees panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, olive groves and especially on Álora with it's magnificent Arab castle illuminated in the evening.

Álora, a "Pueblo Blanco" with it's Moorish castle, lies in the Valley of the river Guadalhorce, also called 'The valley of the sun', and is set between 3 hills. The Valle del Guadalhorce is considered the most important of Malaga province. The valley, which is at the same time a fertile field of orchards and a way for people, and an amphitheatre of mountains providing water, shelter and fruittrees amongst others oranges, lemons, avocados and cumquats.
The aquamarine lakes of Ardales and the dramatic El Chorro Gorge El Caminito del Rey as well as Malaga airport and the beaches of the Costa del Sol are just a short drive away (35 minutes). Cortijo Vista Alora is also a perfect hub for a citytrip to Granada, Cordoba and Sevilla.
Álora is within 5 minutes drive.

Welcome at Bed&Breakfast Cortijo Vista Álora! We are a Dutch family living in beautiful Andalusia, Johan, Hanneke and our kids Dean and Faye. We live in a peaceful old restored cortijo in the foothills of the white-washed mountain town of Álora, and running this as B&B Cortijo Vista Álora, with Tourist Licence No. CR/MA/01717. The property boast a well established tropical garden with over 24 palm tree. lemon and orange trees and much more. We have 360 degrees panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, olive groves and Álora with it's magnificent Arab castle illuminated in the evening, a magical setting. The aquamarine lakes of Ardales and the dramatic El Chorro Gorge El Caminito del Rey are just a short drive away as well as Malaga airport and the beaches of the Costa del Sol (35 minutes). We are based just one kilometer from the main road and the well-known restaurant Los Caballos. We have several holiday rooms with en suite bathrooms, registered as Casa Rural. The interior respects the traditional Andalusian style, mixing it with a Moorish styles and a bohemian touch.
