This gorgeous 2 bedrooms apartment also came with 2 queen size-beds, 1 sofa bed, 2 mattress, two seats big sofa, 42" flat screen TV, 3 units aircond in each room and living room, FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI internet access, cableTV,ASTRO CHANNEL, fridge,microwave oven, automatic dryer washing machine , stove, kitchen and water heater that can be used anytime. Laundry services can be found at the ground floor at the next building.
Plus, I will also provide each of my precious guest with some instant coffee,cookies, new cleaned towels, hair & body shampoo & tooth paste.

The unit is located at high floor and it's highly secured with 24/7 security. There are various range of facilities provided for the residence such as swimming pool, long poolminfinity pool, gym, sauna, tennis court, meeting room and others.

While staying here, guests will have access to all facilities available such as the swimming pool, gym, squash court,tenis court, badminton court, bbq pit,sauna, snooker etc.
Access cards will be provided for you to enjoy all the facilities equipped with commercial grade equipment.
**If you come with your own vehicle, you just have to go through the East Coast Highway and get out at the Jabor Toll Plaza. It is only 15 minutes from Tol Jabor.
**If you come by bus, you need to get off at the Kuantan Indera Mahkota Integrated Terminal, take a taxi or grab car. It is only 15 minutes from there.
**If you come with an airplane, you need to get off at Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Airport Kuantan Airport. Take a taxi or grab car. It is only 20 minutes from there.
