This funky and quite roomy 2 bedroom apartment will be a favourite, with deep lounges, a large screen, SMART TV, DVDs, stocked kitchen and pantry and room for you and the family.

This 60's built block of units has space, comfort and convenience. A 2 bedroom apartment with level entry from the undercover car park is just 5-10 minutes from anywhere in Hobart, with buses only 50m away and some of the trendiest little eateries in Hobart on your doorstep. Supermarkets, restaurants and other facilities are all conveniently located just a short walk away - this block is just off the main road yet it is quiet day and night. Prices shown are for TWO people, although the apartment can sleep up to 5 utilising a Queen and a Single over Double bunk in the second bedroom (single bunk not suitable for most adults). There is a cot available for anyone travelling with an infant free of charge.
Pod Coffee Machine with pods provided, Front Loading Washing Machine, access to a local private swimming pool (booking required), lovely gardens, clothes lines, walk-in shower, game console for the kids, queen sized bed, convenient bunk beds, large sunny lounge with plenty of seating and room to relax. Fully equipped kitchen. Unique bathroom with shower. And don't forget, free WiFi for our guests.

This is a leafy suburb just on the outskirts of Hobart's Central Business District ($12 in a taxi, $3.50 on a bus or a 45 min walk). Conveniently located to parks, transport, shops etc... and a great location for a base for day trips. The other residents in the block are friendly and a great source of local knowledge. Views to Mount Wellington and the suburbs.
Those of you with children who would like an "grown up" night out, we have an on-call Babysitter available for very reasonable rates. Experienced and trustworthy : Kids First Babysitting. :D

Hi, I am Jodi and I live just out of Hobart on a small farm. I run my own business with my husband in the city and love animals, reading and Tasmania. I look forward to meeting and hosting visitors to my city. Our apartment is our passion; blood, sweat and tears went into renovating it and I love the idea of sharing the result with people. We are fairly hands off - we understand the need and desire for privacy but having said this, we are more than happy to spend time with our guests and show them around if that is what they would like.
