This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Private location on a big estate (former Embassy), 100 meters from the main residence. Separate road to the house. Private jacuzzi beside the house. 15 km to Stockholm city. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or use buses. 3 kayaks for you to use. Bedroom with 2 single beds that can be put together to a double bed. Bedsofa 160 cm in livingroom. Sleeps 4.

You will have free use of 3 kayaks and hot tub. The Hot Tub is placed right in front of the shore of the Baltic Sea. Is is heaten all year round, also in winter when the snow is covering the ground. Sundeck chairs, outdoor games etc at your disposal in summer. A (small) Weber gas BBQ is placed on the veranda. A very special feature of this house is that is possible to take the ferry to the city center or out to the archepilago.

The motor boat on the jetty is not included in the price, but can be rented with driver in the summertime. The motor boat is a Chris Craft, 21 feet (6,2 meter) , with a Volvo Penta V8 260 hp, with GPS. Max 8 persons on board. Rent it for 400 euro per day with driver, or 200 euro for a shorter excursion along the city shoreline.

If come by car, park the car in a parking place 100 meter from the house and walk down to the house.

Kummelnäs is a suburban and rather rural area. 15 km east of of Stockholm. Very calm and relaxed. In the area you will find 3 golf clubs, the nearest is 4 km away. The shopping center at "Orminge Center is 4 km from the house. It takes 7 minutes by car. The well known SPA "The Yasuragi" with hotel and restaurants is 3,5 km east of the house.
