Sleeps up to 4 (1 queen/1 pullout sofa) kitchen table, bathroom w/walk in shower and balcony with views of Historic Rail Trail. Fireplace (non-heating) provides cozy atmosphere year round. Excellent internet. Sorry no pets. HOA rules no exceptions.

This condo is a "twin" to our other property - The Pines at Prospector.
The main difference is this studio is located on the 2nd floor with a vaulted ceiling. Another difference is there is one queen bed and one sleeper sofa. Get your dates for Christmas, New Years, Sundance and President’s Week reserved soon!

We are an active family of 4 plus our Labrador Maisey! We have been vacationing in Park City/Deer Valley for years (both Summer and Winter). We decided to finally buy a place that we could call home (2nd)! We are excited to share all that Utah has to offer by providing our guests an exceptional property to stay! Whether it's skiing, hiking, mountain biking, running, or just relaxing and breathing clean mountain air, it's all outside our door at The Lodge at Ridgepoint! Update! We just moved to Park City so we are local AND we just bought an awesome studio in Prospector! We call it Snowy Pines at Prospector and it’s right on the Rail Trail (for biking) and the bus line for getting around the city easily! 2 great properties- one Amazing town!
