Think road trips of the 1960's and that's what we're bringing back to life. It was built soon after Amicalola Falls became a National Park and people from all around drove to see it. Since then, the area has even more to offer such as Georgia's best wineries, the top mountain bike trails 4 miles away, Dahlonega's Historic Square a 12 minute drive, wedding chapels all around, and of course, the beautiful Amicalola Falls, the tallest falls West of the Mississippi and also the approach to the world-known Appalacian Trail. Each room has been designed with mid century modern decor to give the sense of being there in 1968.
Dahlonega offers an authentic mountain getaway only an hour north of Atlanta. Heart of Georgia Wine Country and site of the first major U.S. Gold Rush. Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Dahlonega offers expansive mountain vistas, roaring waterfalls and bubbling streams. Whether your perfect day involves wading knee-deep in the river panning for gold, strolling through art galleries, shopping in one-of-a-kind boutiques, or sipping Georgia wine, Dahlonega is guaranteed to please.
