This 86 sqm Cozy and Chic well designed Loft located in very strategic location in Jakarta. Only 5-15 minutes away from Thamrin, Sudirman, Kuningan and Senayan area. Nearby to many Iconic places in Jakarta like Patung Selamat Datang, Hotel Indonesia, Gelora Bung Karno, Monumen Nasional. If you are a party goers Basque, Loewy, SKYE, CJ Bars, BATS located very close with my place. 10 min away from shopping malls. MRT Station just 5 min walks. Complimentary cleaning once a week for longterm stay.

This loft fully equipped with King size orthopedic bed (no back ache in the morning), kitchen appliances, dedicated cozy working space with high speed internet. Fresh towel, Shampoo, Soap are provided. Spacious bedroom and lot of storages for your belongings. If you have extra guest he/she can stay in the very comfy extra bed. I will add micro gels futon on top of the sofa bed :) Complimentary welcome snacks, coffee, tea, cereal, noodle cup will be provided.

You will have access to swimming pool which is located in 7th floor. There are pool bench for relaxing and tanning time :) The cool things most of the time the pool are pretty empty so you feel like you have private pool. I love the nite ambience of the pool, u should try 😊

Only 10 minutes away from amazing nightlife bars like Basque, Loewy, Leon, Skys, etc. Many great Western, Japanese, Indonesia restaurant are just 2-5 minutes walking distance from my apartment. Five minutes walk to the nearest hospital in case of emergency.
